The Buffalo Sabres (0-2-0, seventh in the East Division) visit the Philadelphia Flyers (2-0-0, first in the East Division) on Monday, Jan. 18, after Travis Konecny scored three goals in the Flyers’ 5-2 victory over the Penguins. The game will be live streamed on fuboTV.

The Flyers are coming off a Travis Konecny’s three-goal-and-an-assist night, and the Philadelphia Flyers survived losing team MVP Sean Couturier to an injury in a 5-2 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Friday night.

Meanwhile, the Sabres are looking for their first win of the season after being swept by the Washington Capitals.

Start time is set for 6:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. ET) and will be live streamed on fuboTV, which offers a 7-day free trial. NBCSN will televise the game.

Philadelphia went 41-21-7 overall and 16-4-4 in division play a season ago. The Flyers scored 47 power play goals on 226 power play opportunities last season.

Buffalo finished 10-12-2 in division games and 10-20-4 on the road a season ago. The Sabres scored 37 power play goals with an 18.9% success rate on power play opportunities last season.

The Flyers’ Shayne Gostisbehere is out, due to health protocols, while is Sean Couturier is also out because of a chest injury.
