Colts running back Marlon Mack did not play in the 2nd half of Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to an ankle injury and Indianapolis fears that the running back tore his Achilles, a source informed ESPN’s Adam Schefter.Mack suffered the injury after catching a beneath pass in the 2nd quarter. He right away grabbed his ankle, got up and took his helmet off before waving for help from the Colts sideline. The Colts brought a cart to the sideline and had it transfer Mack to the locker room. He left the video game with 4 hurries for 26 lawns and 3 catches for 30 yards.Mack, who hurried for a career-high 1,091 lawns in 2019, missed out on a minimum of 2 video games in each of his first three seasons with the Colts. The team did not offer Mack an agreement extension throughout the offseason.Depth at running back is not an issue for the Colts. Nyheim Hines, who had two touchdowns in the very first half, and rookie Jonathan Taylor ended up being the primary running backs after Mack left the video game. The Colts also have Jordan Wilkins in the backfield.
